Live Presenters

We brief all presenters involved to make sure they have everything they need to participate smoothly.  All presenters go through a test connection prior to the event.

Pre-recorded Presentations

We can pre-record presenetations which can then be played back through the live stream, or made available for viewers to browse through.

Moderators & MCs

Just like a normal conference, your moderator or MC can host the event, introduce the presentations and facilitate panel discussions between presenters.

Sponsors

You can have sponsors appear in your event to deliver their own presentations.  We can also incorporate sponsor videos and branding into the stream and include links..

Chat and Q&A

Stream viewers can interact with each other in a chat thread.  Viewers can also submit questions to the moderator and have the ability to up-vote other viewers questions.

Recording

Recieve a copy of the entire stream as a recording which you can use for training purposes or host on your own platform.

Security

You can choose to make your stream freely available or secured with a password.

Hosting

Your stream will be hosted and accessable via live.BaxAV.com.au.  We can also use any other platform of your choice.

Consult & Brief

We will arrange a test call with each presenter and make sure they are properly briefed on how their session will run.

Customise

Have your layouts and titles reflect your own colours, branding and logos.

Presentation

The remote presenters will have direct control of their own presentation and push through slides as normal.

Delegate Support

Online viewers will bre provided with a briefing document describing how to access the virtual event and be provided with telephone support.
