REMOTE PRESENTATION
If your keynote, or any other presenter, can’t make it to the venue we can bring them into the room with a remote video link.
We can provide multi-screen options allowing a presenter shown on one screen, while their presentation appeard on another. Or single screen picture in picture solutions as well. Remote presenters can even participate in panel discussions and take questions from the audience.
Consult & Brief
We will arrange a test call with your presenter and make sure they are properly briefed on how their session will run
Control
We will manage everything on the day and ensure the presenter is cued up and ready to go live at the right time.
Presentation
The remote presenter will have direct control of their own presentation and be able to push through slides as normal.
Q & A
Audience members will be able to ask questions, the remote presenter can even participate in panel discussions in real time.
